Description: Joong releases 20 feathers from his wings. The feather descend a few inches then ignites into what is Joong's Cero. The feathers look or appear as little meteors. Each feather doesn't contain a full Cero it only contains 25% of the power a regular Cero has.
Charge Duration: It has a 3 post charge.
Cooldown: After the first three post charges it only has a one post discharge where a charge cannot be held then it goes for another three post charges then a cero can released. Otherwise just four posts after the initial first three posts.

Sorry if I just the wrong template for the Cero Register its just that the second application looked very confusing and didn't explain anything about what is needed to be entered so I choose the first one since it explained itself.

Updated the registration so it explains itself,
Try to change it to that if you can.
But if not, Approved (CBA to use cool approval)
